Detroit Mercy Coach Ray McCallum teaches a variety of zone offense looks in this on-court clinic DVD. McCallum emphasizes attacking the zone from the inside out and cutting to open areas within his offense. He starts the presentation getting into the offense with a drag screen out of transition. He uses a 1-3-1 set to attack the defenses and emphasizes screening the zone. The X-game is then demonstrated. It is a 3-out/2-in set with the posts starting underneath the zone. Coach McCallum continues the DVD with a variety of set play actions versus zone defenses. They include overload, middle, 3-screen, loop, through, and a lob play.
