Incorporating Post Play Into The Dribble Attack

Rob Jeter has incorporated a dribble attack offense with an emphasis on finding scoring opportunities in the post. He starts by modifying the 5x4 shooting drill to include post moves and a circle pivot he likes to use with dribble penetration to make passing from the inerior easier and to slow down the decision making process. He also shows two other drills for shooting and playing at a fast pace. He then demonstrates his version of the dribble motion offense with a philosophy of getting the ball into the low block. All of their action includes drive and kick, Euro cuts and skips, but he also shows action they run to look into the block and how the circle pivot helps get it there.
