This DVD contains two videos from Any Wood. The Open Post and Entries and Quick Hitters For the Open Post Offense. The offense spreads the floor and the defense allowing teams that lack a dominant post player the opportunity to take advantage of back cuts. Coach Andy Wood uses on-court demonstration to show the cutting series, screening series, and the double series of the open post offense. The three series allows the offense to attack pressure or sagging man defenses and create three-point opportunities. The video concludes with six drills to help teach the offense. The second video includes six different entries and 10 quick hitters that complement the offense. The entries and quick hitters include one and two-guard sets and each flow back into the continuity of the offense. The entries and quick hitters take advantage of pressure defense and give the defense a different look and attack the inside and outside of the defense. Running Time: 108 Minutes. 2004.
